Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. At this time we do not ship to PO Boxes or to APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses, and we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

 

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is $199. Orders of $1,799 or more ship free.

 

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or events outside our control.

 

Delivery of massage chairs

Massage chairs are large freight items. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please make sure someone aged 18 or over is present to receive the delivery.

 

Before you accept delivery

Please inspect the packaging on arrival. If you see visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us the same day. This protects your claim with the carrier.

 

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly. Address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.

 

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.
