I like being able to keep a session to about 25 minutes rather than always running a long full-body program. I did not judge it from the first session; after six weeks, the routine feels much more settled. The chair is quiet enough that using it in the bedroom corner does not take over the space. For me, the useful part is getting a familiar medium session without spending time setting everything up again.

I did several back-to-back comparisons before deciding that medium pressure was my sweet spot. Once everything was set up, quiet operation became the feature I used most often. After about two weeks with it in the living room, I know which settings I actually reach for. The delivery and installer messages did not line up perfectly. My wife and i use different presets, so the adjustable settings matter more than I expected. The quiet operation is the part I reach for most, with airbag pressure as a close second. I also learned that placement matters: leaving enough room for the recline made the chair feel much less bulky in everyday use. My usual session still lands around 20 minutes.
